How to fish the rig
- Tie your main line to the swivel at the top of the rig.
- Attach a light weight to the snap at the bottom. Use only enough weight to reach the depth and maintain control.
- Add a very small piece of shrimp, worm, bread or another locally effective bait to each hook, if bait is needed.
- Lower the rig beside pilings, rocks, grass edges or other structure where small fish gather.
- Hold it still in clear water or use a gentle lift-and-drop motion when a little flash and movement are helpful.
A light spinning setup works well, and a compact telescopic micro fishing rod can be useful where a controlled fixed-line presentation is practical. For adjustable depth and current, add a small amount of tungsten putty weight to your terminal setup.

Is this the same as the size #30 freshwater hook?
