All items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Our return policy only allows for exchanges for damaged in transit products.

RETURNS
Damaged in transit items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at Contact@ArtOfMicroFishing.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided with the RMA Authorization.
You must first contact Art of Micro Fishing before returning a product. We will not accept returns that were not pre-approved and will mark them as Return to Sender.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
WHAT WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES FOR:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● New Unused Items
● Non Damaged in Transit Items

● We only accept broken or damaged returns. Customers must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Take photos of packaging and product. No returns or exchanges shall be made without damaged package and product photos.
